We employ The Corner Alliance (also known as the iron triangle) methodology to guide leaders to effectively engage their key communities and stakeholders within a governmentally mandated mission space.

Government Leader
Each leader works within a specific mission space and is given a set of governmentally mandated resources to deliver positive results for the communities and stakeholders they serve. The leader is accountable to Congress and their stakeholders.

Stakeholders are at the receiving end of this government service and provide guidance and support to the leader and Congress to ensure the service meets their needs.
