Corner Alliance Announces Cassie Webster as New Director of People
Washington, D.C. – Corner Alliance, a Washington DC-based Federal government consulting firm dedicated to innovative research and development (R&D), increased access to broadband, and enhanced public safety, is excited to welcome Cassie Webster as its new Director of People. With a decade of human resources experience throughout the intelligence, federal, IT, and cybersecurity sectors, Cassie will spearhead Corner Alliance’s talent strategy, fostering employee growth, and drive organizational success.
As Director of People, Cassie will play a pivotal role in refining the Corner Alliance People strategy to balance business objectives with a supportive, growth-oriented work environment for employees. Reporting directly to the President, she will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including everything from recruiting, onboarding, and performance management to professional development and retention.
Cassie brings an exceptional track record to this role, having spent over ten years managing talent operations at medium-sized firms with a focus on cleared and technical roles. Most recently, she was a Senior Manager on our People Team demonstrating tremendous aptitude to step into a broader corporate role on the leadership team. She has previously held key roles at ACT1 Federal and Obsidian Solutions Group, specializing in recruiting for IT, intelligence, and physical security positions. She has successfully filled positions for $200m+ contracts demonstrating she knows how to align talent strategies with our big-picture goals.
