Alan Pentz, CEO and Founder

Alan has over twenty years of experience in government consulting with Corner Alliance, SRA, Touchstone Consulting, and Witt O'Brien's, and has worked with government leaders in the R&D and innovation communities across DHS, Commerce, NIH, state and local government, and the non-profit sector among others. Before consulting, Alan served as a speechwriter and press secretary for former U.S. Senator Max Baucus and as a legislative assistant for former U.S. Representative Paul Kanjorski. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Alan is a life long fan of the Philadelphia Eagles (yes, they booed Santa Claus) and his hero is Ben Franklin, a famous polymath, patriot, diplomat, scientist, politician, and was still the founding father you most want to have a beer with.

Jayme Baumgardner, President

Jayme is passionate about helping government leaders to connect communities and enhance safety across our nation through our support to the broadband and public safety sectors. Jayme has dedicated her career to an approach of aligning Federal clients to their stakeholders across local, state, tribal, territorial government, industry, academia, and non-governmental organizations. She firmly believes that solutions to serve our communities must come from and benefit end-users and it's a foundation of the approach of Corner Alliance as well.

With a graduate degree in Criminology, Jayme pivoted from an early goal of becoming an FBI agent about 20 years ago as the Department of Homeland Security was being stood up after 9/11. She believed then and still today that she could make a true impact on society by working to adapt emerging technologies that served DoD abroad to our first responders to more quickly save lives and property. Jayme spent several years working with some of our Nation's most innovative local government leaders in the National Capital Region as part of the FEMA Urban Area Security Initiative (UASI) grant program. A few 'Chiefs' who were leading the response at the Pentagon on 9/11 continue to mentor her today and their approach of 'leading by walking around' is a major leadership tenet she carries forward.

Jayme has lived in Denver, Colorado for 5+ years after 15+ years in the DC area and is enjoying the sunshine and mountains with her husband (Kurt), son (Aidan), and Boston Terrier (David Bowie). In addition to a strong preference for the outdoors, she loves to travel and see live music.

This foundational knowledge has shaped his approach to consulting, where he emphasizes innovative and practical solutions and effective communication between federal, state, local, and private sector partners. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Public Safety Management from St. Joseph’s University and a Bachelor's Degree from York College of Pennsylvania.
